1975 Harry Gupwell retires

RETIRING SCOUTER Harry Gupwell, who took his last Cub pack meeting on Wednesday after 26 years of leadership. The previous Saturday a party was held for him at Portland Hall where he received presentations and a cake, which he shared among his pack.
Mr Gupwell, who is to take up the new post of Troop Secretary for 1st East Grinstead, is retiring because of an age-limit set at 65 for a Pack Leader.
